Remote working will require more intentional and deliberate effort to keep lines of communication open, always. As your people adapt to working remotely, the need and desire to stay in touch, check-in on progress, receive updates, test their ideas and most importantly stay connected to their workmates will only increase the need to focus on effective communication.
